Description

The Pruukat shorts have a relaxed fit, wide trouser legs, and they feature the Unikko pattern, which is printed in Helsinki. The pleated shorts have a zipper with a hook and eye closure in the front, side seam pockets, and one patch pocket in the back. The darts in the back waistline give the shorts a snug fit at the waist. There are belt loops at the waistline.


This product is made of a cotton and linen blend, which contains 43% recycled cotton, 34% organic cotton, and 23% linen.

Our shorts are cut using the whole width of the fabric, and therefore their appearance may vary. Each item is unique.

Unikko, symbolizing creativity, was born in a time when hardly any floral designs were included in Marimekko’s collections. Maija Isola, however, was fascinated by the theme of flowers and decided to create an entire range of novel floral prints.
